The Home Chargepoint Grant offers up to £350 off the cost of purchasing and installing an electric vehicle charging point for eligible applicants.
To qualify, you must:
Live in a flat or rental accommodation
Own, lease or have use of an OZEV eligible electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle
Have private off-street parking where the cable does not cross a public pavement
Use an OZEV-approved installer
Install an OZEV-approved chargepoint
The installation must take place within four months of vehicle delivery or becoming the registered driver. If you qualify, Lawson Electrical will manage the grant claim as part of your installation.
The Workplace Charging Scheme supports businesses, charities and public authorities by reducing the cost of installing EV charging points for staff and fleet vehicles.

State-funded education institutions can receive 75% off the cost of purchasing and installing EV chargepoints, capped at £2,500 per socket with a maximum of 40 sockets across sites. Eligibility requires off-street parking, a confirmed site survey and compliance with financial assistance limits. Independent schools may apply under the Workplace Charging Scheme.
The Landlord Grant Scheme supports companies or individuals who rent, lease or manage residential or commercial properties.
